Royal Avenue Tennis Centre – Coaching Policy Once you are enrolled in the coaching classes, it is expected that you will attend the following term’s lessons. If you wish to cease lessons it is expected that you will notify the Royal Avenue Tennis Centre in writing, on or prior to the last lesson of the current term. In the situation that your child is unable to attend their lesson please let us know & where possible we will arrange a catch up lesson. Consent is given for your child to attend the Tennis Coaching and in so doing, it is agreed that the Royal Avenue Tennis Centre and McKimm Tennis, its directors and employees are to be free and clear of all responsibility whatsoever for any accident or illness during the applicants participation in any activities connected with the Tennis Coaching, provided that McKimm Tennis and the Royal Avenue Tennis Centre have taken all reasonable care and supervision. Authorisation is given to the Royal Avenue Tennis Centre and McKimm Tennis, its directors and employees to obtain such necessary medical assistance for your child as is required and agree to meet the expense attached thereto. It is declared that the applicant is in good normal health and agree to advise immediately in the event of his/her contracting any ailment considered likely to be detrimental to the health of the other players. If a child is caught bullying another child they will be given two warnings to cease such behavior, if it happens again they will not be able to continue attending the coaching session. Fees Policy The following term fee is due prior to or on the last day of the current term. Fees for the New Year are due on or before the 10th January. Please send the payment & invoice slip in a clearly marked envelope. All fees paid by the last day of term or 10th January for New Year enrolments will receive a credit on the following term’s fees. If you notify the Royal Avenue Tennis Centre in writing prior to or on the last lesson of the current term, that you are not continuing tennis lessons, you may be eligible for a $10 credit. All fees not paid within a month of the commencement of term will attract a $10 late payment fee. This fee will be charged for every subsequent month that the fees are overdue. Deposits paid for the Camps, Term Coaching & Holiday Tennis Programs are non refundable. If you have paid for the Camps, Term Coaching or Holiday Tennis Programs then decide to withdraw your child from the coaching, no refund will be given, but you will be entitled to receive a credit on the balance of the fees. Enrolments that start the term but then withdraw from the coaching will be expected to pay for the term; a credit note will be given for the balance of the lessons. Private Tuition Twenty-four hours notice is required for the cancellation of a private lesson otherwise the normal fee will be charged. Payment for the afternoon & evening lessons is for the whole term only. |
